What do I get for my money?+
Over 20 free services: unlimited HR, legal, tax and health & safety advice through Quest, free Legal Expenses Insurance, access to 200+ events, both Members' Lounges, all 10 sector forums, an account manager who makes introductions, and discounts on training, room hire, healthcare, energy and breakdown cover.
How much does membership cost?+
It's priced by the number of employees. Year one runs from £389 + VAT for 1–5 employees up to £1,247 + VAT for 151+, and every year after renews lower — £349 and £1,207 + VAT respectively. There's also a two-year Start-up Membership at £325 + VAT and an Individual Membership at £150 + VAT.

Any business or organisation operating in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent — sole traders, charities, schools, SMEs and large employers alike. You don't need to be based here if you trade here.
Is it worth it for a small business?+
Most of our members are small. One HR question answered by Quest, or one Certificate of Origin at the member rate, tends to cover a good chunk of the year's subscription — and the introductions are where the work comes from.
