Thirteen elected representatives drawn from the Chambers' Council and the Local Area Advisory Boards, each of whom has served on the Council before joining the Board.

The Board sets the Chamber's strategy and holds the executive team to account. It has three non-executive officers — President, Deputy President and Treasurer — and every member is a serving business leader in Staffordshire.
