The LSIP is how training provision in the county gets pointed at real demand. We gather evidence from employers and hold providers to it — so the courses being run are the ones that produce the people you are trying to hire.

Surveys, roundtables and one-to-one conversations that feed straight into the plan colleges are held to.
Sector-level evidence
We aggregate what employers tell us into a published picture of where Staffordshire's skills gaps sit.
Accountability
Providers report against the plan. If provision is not moving, that becomes visible rather than anecdotal.
